Our third addition will be Abigail Marie. This is her at 18 wks. I can't believe she will be here in about 7 wks. We are squeezing 3 children and 2 adults in a small 2 bedroom apt. Are we crazy? I guess we will see soon.

I know I haven't updated in a long time. Here's my life..... I am 32 wks pregnant and everything is going well with it so far. I am excited to meet Abigail Marie.

Ryan has about 1 1/2 years of Seminary left. Our life is busy, but worth it. God has blessed us in numerous ways. Our children keep us busy, but its a good busy.

Elijah was a giraffe for halloween. I'm posting it kinda late, but he looks too cute for me not to show it. He dressed up for the huge halloween party they have at the Louisville Zoo.

Great Grandma got Elijah this monkey. He absolutely loves it! He hugs it, kisses it and sleeps with it. He sure knows how to pick the right pets. Monkey's are my favorite animal and he's loving them too!

Elijah is really starting to enjoy playing with his Thomas trains. He enjoys anything with wheels. It is so cute to see him play on his own and make truck and train sounds.

We have been having fun this summer. Many days we spend over at the Seminary in the pool. Elijah is getting used to water. We also have been to the zoo alot. That is my favorite place to go!

We got a bunny for Easter from our neighbors. You're probably thinking we got it for Elijah. Well, your wrong. The one who wanted the bunny was Ryan. I said we will keep him for a little bit and see how it goes. Well, once Ryan had to clean the cage and watch that the bunny didn't do his droppings in the house or chew the chords, he realized a bunny is a big responsibility. We ended up giving him to a pet store. So we owned a pet for three days. That is all it lasted. I hope the bunny gets a good home though because it was really good, calm and relaxed.

I'm having so much fun being a stay at home mom or should I call myself the manager of my home. Between cleaning, baking, cooking and taking care of Elijah this should be a paid position. I am experimenting in the kitchen. I have been making breads and pies. I went to a pie crust making class at the Seminary and I learned how to make crust that doesn't fall apart. So when I came home I had to see if I could do it on my own. I have been making lots of pies which doesn't help our weight, but they sure are good. My cherry pie turned out delicious!

Happy 1st Birthday, Elijah!!! We had a wonderful time celebrating Elijah's birthday. We had 14 people in our small apartment. He didn't want to get his fingers dirty when it was time to eat cake. And later he cried because we were all pressuring him to eat it. My neighbor, Eron ended up feeding him the cake and wiping icing all over his face.

Last night we had a "parents night out." That is a night without the children. We arranged childcare for Elijah over at the seminary and our new friends Heather and Scott did the same with their children. Then the four of us had a nice dinner at my house. Heather and I prepared the meal for our wonderful and awesome husbands. We had fun and enjoyed the night without the kids.

Elijah has had fun playing in the leaves. We have a big, beautiful Maple tree in front of our apartment. The leaves turned yellow and when they fell it looked like a fall storm with tons of leaves falling. It was beautiful.

I am having so much fun staying home with Elijah everyday. He is really developing a personality. So far he seems like he is very passive. He loves to smile and is pretty much always in a good mood. My sister and I put socks on his hands and a toy in front of him to see what he would do. He kept trying to pick up the toy with his sock hands. And when he dropped the toy several times he didn't even get frustrated. He would either stare at his sock hands, touch the floor, or try to pick up the toy again. It was so cute! He was so laid back in the frustrating situation, and yet he handled it very well. Here is a picture of me and my bubby!

My mom and (sister) Melissa just visited us this weekend. They had lots of fun with Elijah. We all went to "picturpeople" and got more pictues of Elijah taken. His halloween costume was a camoflauge hat and nothing else. That's right, people!!! He was buck naked. It is so adorable!!!!! While they were here we got some good pictures of Elijah. This one is his "tough face!"
